4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tabl. corn starch
1 pint of half & half
milk.
1 teas. vanilla
Beat eggs , add sugar , corn starch and 1/2 cup milk . Add this mixture to 3 cups of scalded milk.
Cook until thickens , stirring continously. cool.
Add half&half and milk to fill container.

Makes one gal.
