Italian Beef


3 to 4 lb. beef roast
1 can beef broth
1 can beer
1 pkg. good seasons dry italian dressing mix
1 small jar pepperoncini hot peppers
Brown roast quickly on all sides. Place roast and all above ingredients into a crockpot & cook on high for 5 hrs.
take out meat and shred and then return to juice. Saute 2 large onions in butter and serve on a hoagie bun.
note; can be done without browning roast.
